1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Faceless Empire Course ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Course or any associated materials.

2. About Us

Echo Genix Media is a digital education provider based in the United Kingdom, offering instructional content related to AI content creation, faceless branding, and digital monetisation strategies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a legal guardian, to purchase or access this Course. By using this site and the Course, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Course Content and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course via a secure learning platform (e.g., Systeme.io). This may include:

  • Pre-recorded video modules

  • Downloadable digital materials (e.g., PDF prompt packs)

  • Bonus content and updates (where applicable)

  • Written work

Unless otherwise stated, access is lifetime for the duration the Course remains available through the platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Course content to improve accuracy, user experience, or reflect changing market trends. We can also not be liable for issues presented by our hosts technical difficulties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Course, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, frameworks, downloads, and branding, is the sole property of Echo Genix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, resell, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Course or any of its materials

  • Claim the Course content as your own

  • Use the material to create or sell competing products

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

6. License of Use

Purchasing the Course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and individual use only. You may not share access or distribute any material to third parties.

If we detect multiple IP logins or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access.

7. Payments, Currency, and Security

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal (depending on your checkout selection).

We do not store any card details. Your purchase details are encrypted and processed by secure third-party payment processors.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the immediate and full access to digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, in accordance with Section 28(1)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).

By purchasing, you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period that typically applies to digital products.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While the Course is designed to provide practical and strategic guidance, results may vary. We do not guarantee earnings, follower growth, or business outcomes.

All strategies taught are based on current best practices, but we cannot be held liable for:

  • Lack of results

  • Platform changes (e.g., TikTok algorithm updates)

  • Technical issues beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Genix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Course

10. User Conduct and Access Termination

We reserve the right to remove access to the Course without notice if:

  • You breach any part of these Terms

  • Engage in abusive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform

In such cases, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
